Burraneer Bay, Home Renovation
RENOVATION
The Location
Stunning locale with 180 degree views over the beautiful Port Hacking River, Maianbar and the Royal National Park.
The Client
A busy professional family of five who love to share their enviable lifestyle with family and friends.
The Brief
Light, bright, airy and fresh. Clean-lined, uncluttered, and chilled (as per playlist)! While it’s all about the view… introducing subtle texture and natural materials keeps the space interesting after the sun goes down.
The Home Renovation – Interior
The interior was lacking any visual stimulation. Developing a colour palette that was “all about the sandbar” resulted in an interior that does not compete with Mother Nature and enhances how this home nestles into this landscape.
Careful consideration here was required to balance large volume joinery, while keeping the space calm. Subtle detail is introduced through materials selections of V-groove, stone, tile and timber.
The Look
A contemporary home that is luxurious in it’s simplicity. Taking it’s cues from its surroundings this family home is now warm and welcoming!

The Testimonial
“Richelle took our blank canvas waterfront home and turned it into a warm and inviting environment. We now have a home we absolutely love, so much so we have trouble leaving it!!!” Melissa Mangan
