1. CONSULTATION. We visit your home to assess the space and how it interacts with the rest of your home. We measure, take photos, ask questions, and listen intently to take a detailed brief. Or we review your architectural plans if this is a new build project.
2. MATERIAL SELECTION. We use our vast product knowledge and Richelle’s keen eye for colour and texture to create a gorgeous materials palette unique to your project.
3. PRODUCT SELECTION. Appliances/fittings & fixtures selection are an important stage, and this is one we do together at our reputable partner showrooms.
4. CLIENT PRESENTATION. We present each area with concept boards and samples where available for approval to complete documentation. Two changes are allowed in this process.
5. DETAILED DRAWINGS. A fully documented drawings package includes floor plans, elevations, full specifications and a 3D-rendered kitchen model. There is no room for error with such considered planning and these handover documents allow you to obtain apples-for-apples quotes. You can use your own joiner or continue with our trusted trades.
6. SITE VISITS. Initially, an onsite walk-through with the builder if required and another with the joiner at check measure so they precisely understand our design intent. We review production drawings prior to client sign-off and are available to the builder and joiner to answer any questions that may arise. We have a mid-construction walk-through and finally, we’re onsite again to inspect for any defects.

Timeframe

The design process typically takes up to 4 weeks.

We don’t just design a space… We look at the style of your home and adjoining areas to ensure the interior design is cohesive. Experts in colour, materials and functionality, our resource library is vast, ahead of trends and constantly updated. And whilst kitchen or bathroom companies can certainly design, they don’t deliver all of the above. Achieving the correct design will add considerable $$$ value to your home.
